Sharing

In My Projects, right-click the project you want to share and select Share. Turn on the Enable Sharing switch to start sharing, then choose one of two sharing modes under Access Permission.

• Invited users only: Invite specific users by email address. Enter an email address under Invite User and click Invite; an invitation email is sent to the invited user.
• Anyone with the link: Copy and distribute the share link. Anyone with the link can access the project. Switching to this mode does not revoke existing invitations; users already invited can still open the project through their invitation links.

Switching from Anyone with the link back to Invited users only disables the public link. Turning off the Enable Sharing switch ends all sharing, including invitations. A user who opens a share link signs in and receives a copy of the project in their own My Projects.

Both methods offer Copy Share Link for handing the link over directly. With Invited users only, however, the copy button becomes available only once at least one user has been invited.

Projects shared with other users display a Shared indicator in the list.
