Note The notification method is not selected separately. A newly created alert always sends a phone notification. To stop receiving it, switch the alert off in the list.

Disabling and Deleting Alerts

The Alerts tab
Alerts are grouped by camera.

Each alert has a switch. A disabled alert keeps its settings and can be re-enabled at any time. To remove one permanently, open it and click Delete. Recordings already saved are kept.

Note Recording continues while an alert is off. Recording belongs to the camera, not to the alert: adding a camera creates its recording, and footage is saved whenever a person is detected, even with no alerts. The alert switch only determines whether the phone is notified.

An alert with a message underneath does not fire.
