Components

A Spot installation consists of three components.

Component	Role
Device	Analyzes video and stores recordings. Recorded video, photos, and face data are stored on the device.
Camera	Sends video to the device. One device handles multiple cameras.
App	Provides live monitoring, alert configuration, and history review. The same features are available in a browser and on a phone; the layout adapts to the screen width.

Note Place, camera, and alert settings are stored in your Grablo account. Camera passwords are stored only on the device. When a phone notification is sent, the single photo attached to it is delivered to the phone through the Grablo server.

Before You Begin

Power on the Grablo device and connect it to your network. A wired connection is recommended.
Have each camera's address and password ready.
Sign in with your Grablo account.
To receive alerts on your phone, install the Grablo app on the phone and sign in with the same account.
