Finding Your Way Around
Spot has four tabs. They run down the left side on a desktop and along the bottom of the screen on a phone.
| Tab | What you do there |

| Live | Watch live video from every camera. |
| History | Review saved footage and find people. |
| Alerts | Create and manage phone alerts. |
| Settings | Start and stop the device, and change settings for the whole place, such as cameras and face recognition. |
The place name and connection status are always shown: at the top left on a desktop, and at the top of the screen on a phone. For what each status means, see Checking the Connection Status.
